General
What services do you offer? +
We offer comprehensive digital services including website development, custom software development, SaaS development, digital advertising, marketing strategy, and content writing. Whether you need a simple marketing site or a complex SaaS platform, we've got you covered.
How long have you been in business? +
We have over 20 years of experience building digital products. Our team has worked on everything from small business websites to enterprise SaaS platforms serving millions of users.
What makes Unmasked Logic different? +
We skip the bureaucracy and deliver results fast. Instead of spending weeks on wireframes and mockups, we dive straight into code and deliver working prototypes in 48 hours. We also include content creation and offer unlimited basic revisions—no hidden costs or nickel-and-diming.
Do you work with startups or just established businesses? +
We work with both! We love helping startups validate their ideas and build MVPs quickly. We also work with established businesses looking to scale, add features, or modernize their tech stack. For the right SaaS projects, we're even open to equity arrangements.
Pricing & Budget
How much does a website cost? +
Website costs vary widely based on complexity. Simple marketing sites can start under $5,000, while complex e-commerce or custom web applications can range from $25,000 to $100,000+. We offer free consultations to provide accurate quotes based on your specific needs.
How much does a SaaS application cost? +
SaaS projects typically range from $25,000 for a lean MVP to $500,000+ for a full enterprise platform. The cost depends on features, integrations, scalability requirements, and timeline. We can help you prioritize features to maximize value within your budget.
Do you offer payment plans? +
Yes! For larger projects, we offer milestone-based payment plans. Typically we structure payments as 30% upfront, 30% at midpoint, and 40% on completion. For ongoing services like maintenance or marketing, we offer monthly retainers.
Are there any hidden costs? +
No. We're transparent about all costs upfront. Our quotes include everything needed to complete your project: design, development, content creation, and basic revisions. We only charge extra for changes that fall outside the originally agreed scope.
Do you accept equity for SaaS projects? +
For the right project, yes! We're open to equity arrangements for startups with strong product-market fit potential. Typically we do a mix of equity + reduced cash to align our incentives with your success. Let's discuss your specific situation.
Process & Timeline
How long does a typical project take? +
Timeline varies by project type. Marketing websites can be delivered in 1-2 weeks. E-commerce sites typically take 3-4 weeks. Custom web applications require 2-4 months. SaaS MVPs take 6-12 weeks. The main factor affecting timeline is usually content gathering—development itself is fast.
What is your development process? +
We use a rapid, code-first approach. After an initial discovery call, we dive straight into development and deliver a functional first draft within 48 hours. Then we iterate based on your feedback through 1-3 revision rounds. This approach is much faster than traditional agencies that spend weeks on wireframes.
How many revision rounds are included? +
Most projects go through 1-3 revision rounds. We don't have a hard limit on basic revisions—you can request as many refinements as you need within the original project scope. We only charge extra for changes that weren't part of the original agreement.
What do I need to provide? +
Very little! We just need your business goals, vision, brand guidelines (if any), and any existing marketing materials. Unlike other agencies, we handle content creation, don't require detailed specifications, and don't leave you stuck in endless feedback cycles. You provide the vision—we handle everything else.
Can I see progress during development? +
Absolutely! We provide access to staging environments so you can see progress in real-time. For larger projects, we do bi-weekly demos and can adjust priorities based on your feedback. Transparency and collaboration are core to how we work.
Technical
What technologies do you use? +
We're tech-stack agnostic and choose the best tools for each project. Common choices include: React/Next.js/Astro for frontends, Node.js/Python for backends, PostgreSQL/MongoDB for databases, and AWS/Vercel/Cloudflare for hosting. We prioritize modern, proven technologies with strong community support.
Will I own the code? +
Yes! Upon final payment, you own all code, designs, and intellectual property created for your project. We provide full documentation and can train your team if needed. For SaaS projects with equity arrangements, we negotiate IP terms upfront.
Do you provide hosting? +
We can recommend and set up hosting, but you'll own the hosting account directly (we don't mark up hosting costs). For ongoing projects, we can manage hosting as part of a maintenance retainer. We typically use Vercel, Cloudflare, or AWS depending on project needs.
What about ongoing maintenance and updates? +
We offer maintenance packages starting at $500/month that include monitoring, security updates, bug fixes, and monthly feature hours. For SaaS applications, we recommend ongoing support to ensure smooth operations as you scale.
Can you integrate with our existing systems? +
Yes! We have extensive experience integrating with third-party APIs, legacy systems, CRMs, payment processors, and more. We can work with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, or custom integrations as needed.
Support & Communication
What is your response time? +
We typically respond to emails within 24 hours during business days. For active projects, we're usually much faster. We also offer 24/7 disaster response for critical issues that affect your live site or application.
How do we communicate during a project? +
We're flexible and adapt to your preferences. Most clients prefer email for asynchronous communication, with Slack or scheduled video calls for real-time discussion. We provide regular progress updates and are always available for questions.
What happens after launch? +
We provide post-launch support to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes monitoring for bugs, answering questions, and making minor adjustments. For ongoing support, we offer maintenance retainers. Many clients continue working with us to add features and grow their products.
Do you provide training? +
Yes! We provide documentation and training for content management systems, admin dashboards, or any custom features. For complex applications, we can provide hands-on training sessions for your team.
What if I need changes after the project is complete? +
We're always happy to help! For minor tweaks within the first 30 days, we typically handle them at no charge. For larger changes or new features, we can provide a quote. Many clients keep us on retainer for ongoing updates and improvements.
