Working With Us

What does Unmasked Logic do? +

Two things. We build websites, custom software, SaaS platforms and marketing systems for businesses who hire us directly - that covers web design, development, SEO, advertising, marketing strategy, social media management and content writing. We also build and operate four SaaS products of our own. The client work funds the products, and running the products is why the client work is good.

Do you take on client projects? +

Yes. That is a change from earlier versions of this site. We take on project work, monthly retainers and white-label subcontracting for agencies. If you need something built or marketed, we want to hear about it.

What size businesses do you work with? +

Mostly small and mid-sized businesses - local service businesses, clinics, trades, e-commerce stores, established companies with real operations, and agencies reselling our work. We are equally happy building a five-page site or a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

Where are you based? +

Unmasked Logic, LLC is registered in Oregon, USA. We work remotely and take on clients anywhere, though most calls end up scheduled around Pacific time.

Do you white-label for agencies? +

Yes, for every service we offer. Your brand on the deliverables, partner pricing on the invoice, and we never contact your client. See the partner program page for how it works.

Pricing & Process

How much does a project cost? +

It depends on scope, which is why we quote rather than publish a price list. What we will commit to is that the price is fixed and written down before work starts, so you are never surprised by an invoice. Tell us what you need and you will get a real number.

How do I get a quote? +

Use the quote form or book a free consultation. We ask what the business does, what problem you are solving, your budget range and your timeline. You get a reply within 24 hours and, for anything substantial, a written proposal within a couple of business days.

Is the consultation really free? +

Yes, and there is no sales sequence behind it. It is a conversation about what you need. If we are the wrong fit or you do not need the thing you came in asking for, we say so on that call.

How do you charge? +

Fixed price for defined projects, monthly retainers for ongoing work like SEO, ads, social and maintenance, and hourly for small changes to existing systems. Larger builds get split into phases so you can stop after any one of them.

Do you require a long-term contract? +

No. Retainers are month to month. Long lock-ins mostly exist to protect the agency from the consequences of not delivering, and we would rather earn the next month.

Who owns the work when it is finished? +

You do. Code, design files, domains, hosting accounts, ad accounts and analytics are all yours. If you want to move the work elsewhere later, nothing about how we set it up stops you.

How long do projects take? +

A landing page can be days. A marketing site is usually weeks. Custom applications and SaaS builds are months, and get phased. Every proposal carries a real timeline rather than a number designed to win the deal.

Our Products

What is Evidence Stream? +

An evidence management platform built for family law attorneys, with immutable evidence storage, AI pattern detection, chain of custody, and legal research covering statutes and case opinions across all 50 states. It is in active development.

What is Custody Binder? +

Documentation tools for parents navigating custody arrangements - GPS-verified exchange records, incident reporting, tamper-evident logs, and attorney-ready reports. It is in active development.

What is Career Quiver? +

Can you build something like these for me? +

Yes - that is what our SaaS development service is. Having shipped four of our own, we know where the expensive mistakes are in billing, onboarding, multi-tenancy and infrastructure cost.

Support

How do I reach you? +

The contact form on this site, or email support@unmaskedlogic.com directly. For project enquiries the quote form gets you a faster, more useful answer because it asks the right questions up front.

What is your response time? +

Within 24 hours on business days, from the person who would actually do the work. For urgent issues affecting a live site or campaign we move faster than that.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance? +

Yes, as an optional monthly retainer covering updates, monitoring, backups, bug fixes and a block of development hours. It is optional - you do not have to buy it to get the build.

How do I report a bug in one of your products? +

Use the contact form and pick 'Bug report' as the topic. Include what you were doing, what happened, what you expected, and your browser or device if it seems relevant.

Technical

What technologies do you build on? +

Typically Vue or Astro on the front end, Node.js or PHP on the back end, MySQL or PostgreSQL for data, and Google Cloud, Cloudflare or Firebase for infrastructure, with Stripe for payments. If you already have a stack and a team, we work inside it rather than insisting on ours.

Can you take over a site or system someone else built? +

Often, yes. It starts with a paid audit so we can tell you honestly whether the existing code is worth continuing or whether rebuilding the parts that matter is cheaper in the long run.

Do you host what you build? +

We can set up and manage hosting, or deploy into infrastructure you already own. Either way the accounts are in your name.

Is my data secure? +

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, use least-privilege access, and set up backups as part of the build rather than as an afterthought. For projects heading toward a compliance regime, we will scope that groundwork explicitly.

What browsers and devices do you support? +

All current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, mobile included. Everything we build is mobile-first by default.
